- 2 red onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
How to cook
- Soak carp in the lime juice and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant.
- Enter tamarind and stir well. Lift, add Manis Bango soy sauce, stir again.
