Crab claws GorengBahan to make Fried Crab claw:

  • 12 tail crab claw
  • 420g prawns
  • 40g fat meat
  • 40g water chestnuts
  • 2 eggs (beaten off)
  • wheat flour to taste
  • panir flour taste
  • 1 tsp salt

 Seasonings:

  • 1 egg white grains
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • sesame oil to taste


How to make fried crab claw:

  • Rinse and fatty meat, minced. Water chestnuts peeled, washed and crushed.
  • Rinse and claw crab, steamed with a high temperature for 10 minutes, at claw crabs but not until it is destroyed.
  • Peeled shrimp, pooping on the back, mix with cornstarch taste. Rinse with water, dry with kitchen paper and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Remove shrimp, chopped and put in a bowl, add salt, stir to form a paste.
  • Add seasonings, water chestnuts, fatty meat and mix well.
  • Coat the crab claw with shrimp paste into balls, then coated again with flour, eggs and flour panir.
  • Heat enough oil in a frying pan, put crab claw and deep fry till golden brown, remove and drain. Serve.
