Fusilli Bolognese recipe

Fusilli Bolognese recipe is processed fusilli pasta-based and integrated with a variety of sauces. Fusilli are long, thick and a corkscrew-shaped pasta.


Fusilli Bolognese recipe

  • 200 grams Fusilli
  • 50 grams of minced meat
  • Grated cheddar cheese to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Enough water
  • seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp instant bolognese

How to make Fusilli Bolognese :

  1. Heat the water, then boiled fusilli until cooked, remove and drain
  2. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant
  3. Enter the mince and cook until cooked
  4. Add 25 ml of water, stir, and cook until boiling
  5. Add salt, sugar and pepper, stir, taste tests according to taste
  6. Add the tomato sauce, chili sauce and bolognese sauce, mix well
  7. Enter Fusilli, stir, and cook until the sauce has thickened and the flavors mingle
  8. Remove and serve in a serving dish sprinkle with grated cheese
