Sauteed Crab Recipes Ginger and Leek

Ginger Stir-fry crab and Leek Ingredients:

  • 2-3 crabs
  • 3-5 stalks green onion cut into small pieces
  • 4-5 pieces of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ tablespoon Shao Hsing wine

sauce:

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce diluted
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • ¼ - ½ cup chicken broth or water


How To Cook Sauteed Crab Recipes Ginger and Leek

  1. Clean the crabs and cut some pieces. Drain and cover with cornstarch. Fry until bermarna redness. Drain.
  2. ½ tablespoon heat the oil and saute ginger and scallions. Then enter the crab pieces. Drizzle the wine and add the sauce. Boil the sauce over low heat without closing it for 10 minutes until cooked crab pieces. Serve hot.
